Service Modifications

Lotte New York Palace is excited to host you and your travelers. Please note the following service modifications which are currently in effect:

Spa & Fitness Center
Our newly renovated Fitness Center is now available to hotel guests & ila only spa is now open by appointment.

Food & Beverage
Villard restaurant, The Gold Room, In-Room Dining and Pomme Palais are open daily. For menus and hours of operation, please visit here.

We have temporarily suspended service in Trouble's Trust and Rarities, which we hope to reopen in the near future.

Guests are also permitted to bring their own food, which includes food delivery from third parties such as DoorDash, Uber Eats and Seamless.

Housekeeping
Housekeeping service is provided daily. For everyone’s safety, we require guests to vacate the room while our housekeeping staff is servicing the room. If a guest would not like to leave their room, our team can provide additional towels and bathroom amenities upon request. Specific housekeeping time requests can be accommodated by dialing “0” from the guestroom telephone.

All glassware at the hotel has been replaced temporarily with disposable glasses. We are unable to provide coffee machines, tea kettles and microwaves.

Courtyard Restoration
There is currently an urban umbrella surrounding the Villard Mansion and our Courtyard as we prepare to embark upon a restoration project on the façade of our historic Villard Mansion.  Ultimately, our goal is to preserve this landmarked building so that it will remain available for many future generations to enjoy.  We anticipate that restoration work on the mansion will begin in the early spring and run through the summer into the fall of 2022.  We do not anticipate that this project will cause any noise or disruption in our lobby or guestroom areas.

Elevator Enhancements
Please note that we are currently completing an upgrade to the elevators in The Palace. Throughout this time guests may use alternate elevators to ensure that there is minimal disruption to service.  We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding.
