OFFICIAL RULES 

1. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE ODDS OF WINNING. SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
2. Entrants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry and be legal residents of = United States (including its commonwealths, territories, and possessions(Insert NYY Home Television Territory Locations) (“Entrants”). Employees of Lotte New York Palace (the “Sponsor”), New York Yankees Partnership (sometimes referred to as the “Yankees”), and the other MLB Entities (the “MLB Entities” shall mean the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball (the “BOC”), its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P. (“MLB”), Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., The MLB Network, LLC, and the Major League Baseball Clubs (“Clubs”), each of their parent, subsidiary, affiliated and related entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Clubs or the BOC, and the owners, general and limited partners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees and agents of the foregoing entities) and their respective parent companies and members of their immediate families (spouse, children, parents, siblings) or persons residing in the same household are not eligible.
3. Entrants may enter the Palace Pinstripe Sweepstakes in one (1) of the following ways: (a) by completing and submitting an entry form online https://lottenypalace.com/palace-pinstripes-sweepstakes or (b) e-mail to emarketing@lottenypalace.com with subject line “ 20266 PALACE PINSTRIPE SWEEPSTAKES” and inclusion of full name and zip code in the body of the email. All entries become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. By submitting an entry, Entrant understands that Sponsor may share Entrant’s information with its sponsors and/or partners.
4. The Palace Pinstripe Sweepstakes will begin at 12:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”), July 23, 2026 and will end at 11:59 PM ET, July 31, 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Entries received prior or subsequent to Promotion Period will be invalid.
5. One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing on or about August 3, 2026, from among all eligible entries submitted. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, the winner will be declared the official winner of the Palace Pinstripe Sweepstakes (the “Winner”). The prize will consist of two (2) Delta SKY360° Suite Tickets (each a “Ticket” and, collectively, the “Tickets”) for the Winner and one (1) guest for the New York Yankees home game currently scheduled to be played on Saturday, August 22, 2026 (the “Game”), a two (2) -night stay for two (2) guests at Lotte New York Palace from Friday August 21, 2026 – Sunday, August 23, 2026. Approximate retail value: $2,500.00.
6. The Winner shall be responsible for all taxes related to acceptance of the Prize. All expenses are the Winner's sole responsibility. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize of equal or greater value for any reason in its sole discretion including without limitation if the Prize cannot be awarded as described or because of a Force Majeure Event. Sponsor shall not be liable to the Winner or any person claiming through the Winner for failure to supply the Prize or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God, any action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action(s), regulations(s), order(s) or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid), equipment failure, terrorist acts, blackout, act of public enemy, earthquake, war (declared or undeclared), fire, flood, epidemic, explosion, weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal) labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, disease, epidemic, pandemic, public health emergency, bankruptcy or insolvency of the Prize supplier or any other cause beyond the control of Sponsor, the Yankees and/or any MLB Entity (collectively sometimes hereafter, “Force Majeure Event”).
7. Exact nature and duration of the brunch shall be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor and subject to availability.For MLB Game Tickets: Use of any Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition ticket is subject to the standard terms, conditions, and health and safety policies applicable to the ticket; see yankees.com/ticketback for details. Seat locations at the game/event/exhibition and, unless otherwise stated in the prize description, exact game/event/exhibition date shall be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Winner’s guest(s) must be of legal age of majority in his/her(their) jurisdiction(s) of residence unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the BOC and/or the applicable Club and may be subject to change. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as part of the prize will govern in the event a legal game/event/exhibition, as defined by Major League Baseball, is not played or held due to weather conditions, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance, or any other reason. Winner and his/her guest(s) agree to comply with all applicable ballpark and venue regulations in connection with the prize; see yankees.com/ballpark for details. Sponsor and the MLB Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to the Winner and/or his/her guest(s) who engage in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person at the game/event/exhibition. Sponsor and the MLB Entities will not be responsible for weather conditions; acts of God; acts of terrorism; civil disturbances; local, state, or federal regulation, order, or policy; work stoppage; epidemic, pandemic, or any other issue concerning public health or safety; or any other event outside of their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition. Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition tickets awarded as prizes may not be resold, offered for resale, or used for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever. Any such resale or commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture, and may invalidate the license granted by the game/event/exhibition ticket.
8. The Winner will be notified via the contact information supplied by the Entrant at the time of entry. The Winner shall have two (23) business days after the award notification to claim the Prize by contacting Sponsor as provided in the award notification. If a Winner has not claimed their Prize within such two (2) business day period, such Winner may be disqualified and an alternate Winner may be randomly selected from the remaining eligible entries for the Promotion Period. If the award notification to the Winner is undeliverable, or if the Winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, such Winner will be disqualified and an alternate Winner will be randomly selected from the remaining eligible entries for the Promotion Period. Sponsor is not responsible for notification failure due to telephone number inaccuracy, email address inaccuracy, notification being lost in the mail, or any other failure or problem of any kind related to notification.
9. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that (i) tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operations of this Palace Pinstripe Sweepstakes in any manner, (ii) violates the Official Rules, or (iii) acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PALACE PINSTRIPE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK CIVIL AND/OR CRIMINAL PROSECUTION AND/OR DAMAGES FROM ANY PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
   
10. Acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor, the Yankees and the MLB Entities to use, in perpetuity, the Winner’s name, hometown, biographical information, likeness, photograph, voice and statements regarding this Palace Pinstripe Sweepstakes for editorial, public relations, promotional and advertising purposes in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, including but not limited to the Internet, newspapers and other print media, radio and television, without notice, review or approval, on behalf of Sponsor without compensation, unless prohibited by law. The Winner will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability, Publicity Release, and any other legal documents which Sponsor may require (including a W-9 tax form), unless prohibited by law, prior to accepting the Prize.
11. By participating and winning the Prize, the Winner shall release, discharge, indemnify and agree to defend and hold harmless Sponsor, the Yankees, the other MLB Entities, their respective advertising and promotional agencies and all of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, agents, related entities and representatives and any entity which now, or in the future, controls or is controlled by, or is under common control with the Yankees or Sponsor, and all of their respective employees, officers, general and limited partners, agents, shareholders, managers and directors (collectively, the “"Releasees”") from any and all claims, actions, liabilities, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind (including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees and costs of litigation and settlement, claims, actions, liabilities, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, illness, death, damage to, loss of or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light), arising out of or in connection with, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, the Palace Pinstripe Sweepstakes or from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Prize, or participation in the Palace Pinstripe Sweepstakes or any related activity. In no event will the Releasees be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or other damages.
    
12. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend or cancel this Palace Pinstripe Sweepstakes or any portion thereof should computer hardware or software malfunctions (including but not limited to viruses, bugs, worms, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures) or any other causes corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Palace Pinstripe Sweepstakes, and select the Winner from entries received prior to the action taken or in such other manner as deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor.
13. By participating, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects and in all matters related to this Palace Pinstripe Sweepstakes.
14. Except where prohibited by law, Entrants agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Palace Pinstripe Sweepstakes promotion, or the Prize awarded, or the determination of the Winner, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration pursuant to the Consumer Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, then effective; (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards made pursuant to such arbitration shall be limited to actual out-of- pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Palace Pinstripe Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys’ fees or costs; (c) under no circumstances will an Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased; and (d) judgment upon the arbitrator’s award may be entered in any competent court or application may be made to any competent court for judicial acceptance of such award and an order of enforcement. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrant and/or Sponsor in connection with the Palace Pinstripe Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, without regard to the conflicts of law provisions thereof. All proceedings (including arbitration) shall take place in New York, New York.
15. For a copy of these Official Rules or the name of the Winner, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to be received no later than July 31, 2026 to: Lotte New York Palace, Attn: Marketing Department, 455 Madison Avenue, New York, NY 10022.
