Changes and cancellations may be made by the individual attendee without penalty until 4pm on the Cut-Off Date. Any changes and cancellations after the Cut-Off Date will incur a cancellation fee equal to one-night’s room and tax charge. If any changes or cancellations occur within seven days of the Event start date, or there is a no-show, the individual attendee will be subject to a cancellation fee in the amount of room and tax charges for the entire reservation.
