Our VILLARD Restaurant offers a full a la carte breakfast menu, featuring exceptional New American fare crafted by Chef Oscar Granados, warm service and a remarkable venue. For a unique breakfast experience that recalls New York City's iconic past while offering distinct of-the-moment meals with locally sourced ingredients, dine with us.

The Gold Room

Located within the landmarked Villard Mansion, The Gold Room celebrates New York City's storied history and features original gilt ceilings from 1882. The Gold Room invites guests to experience the glamour and opulence of the Gilded Age in a space that transports them back in time.

Complementing the iconic architectural setting are modern interpretations of classic hand-crafted cocktails and elevated, yet approachable cuisine. From Black Truffle Frites to Tuna Tartar, Executive Chef, Cedric Tovar's small plates are sumptuous and indulgent that inspire a sense of community.
